Anti-Aging Lifestyle
Here are some suggestions for living an anti-aging lifestyle:

- Eat Healthy - Try to get a good balance of fruits, vegetables, fish and meats. Avoid frying if possible and spend more time grilling or baking foods. Vegetables should be the largest portion on your plate, the fresher the better. When the food on your plate is colorful you are eating healthier. When choosing meat, try leaner cuts and rotate with fish and poultry.

- Stop Smoking - The warning label on a pack of cigarettes is there for a reason. We don't need to tell you smoking is bad for you. If you would like more incentives we suggest reading this information provided by the CDC. Health Effects of Cigarette Smoking.

- Exercise Regularly - Get yourself moving. A 20 to 30 minute daily walk is a good habit. If you can only get out 5 days a week, that's okay too. Try to be more active, when shopping, park in the back of the store parking lot so you need to take more steps to enter. How about taking the stairs instead of the elevator? Give yourself some incentives or set some goals.

- Reduce or Stop Drinking Alcohol - Alcohol can weaken your immune system, lead to cancer, cause problems with your liver, pancreas, heart and brain, just to name a few. There are numerous resources available to help you to stop drinking. Search the web for "stop drinking" to find some help. If you can't stop, how about cutting it back and setting some limits.
